Starting with gajim 0.13.4, ssl support requires python-openssl >= 0.9 for
OpenSSL.SSL.OP_NO_TICKET to be defined. See bug #5689[1].
Testing and sid have 0.13.4 and python-openssl 0.10, so most users won't have
any problem regarding this
