Nvidia Driver has nothing to do with loginctl. I just uninstalled nvidia
driver and use nouveau driver. Same problem happening. Tested with popOS
20.04. Problem is in systemd.
I used debian bullseye alpha 3 netboot version with nvidia-driver. Problem
persist.
Yes picture is taken on Ubuntu, but I also tried on Debian, and I
experienced same thing. Also note I am currently using popOS, facing same
issue.
when a user logged out with nvidia attached seat the entire system forced
to logged out. It might be bug in loginctl.

I don't know exactly which package the problems are. But I noticed some
bugs with loginctl and nvidia-driver.
I am using multi seat setup with igpu and GeForce gt 1030. 1030 for seat1
and intel 610 for seat0.
First of I found that when seat1 with different account loged out, then
