Hi Andrew,
I am confused. I installed the new version and it seems to have the
exact same problem as the one before:
/usr/bin/exrheader: relocation error: /usr/lib/libIlmImf.so.2:
undefined symbol: _ZN3Iex7BaseExcD1Ev
"ldd /usr/bin/exrheader" provides this output:
libIlmImf.so.2 => /usr/
Here is a workaround (for those, like, who are not to familiar with
library preloading):
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libIex.so:/usr/lib/libHalf.so exrheader

Package: openexr
Version: 1.2.2-2
Severity: important
Executing exrheader fails with following error message:
exrheader: relocation error: /usr/lib/libIlmImf.so.2: undefined
symbol: _ZNK3Iex7BaseExc4whatEv
The same goes for exrmakepreview:
exrmakepreview: relocation error: /usr/lib/libIl
