in the attachments you can find the results. But it seems to be
restarted correctly. I have tested it also with the brand new kernel and
the problem still persist. I cannot recognize any ps output differences
between the 3.x kernels (wrong functionality) and 2.x kernels (works w
service is running.

Additional info - I figured out, the domain is paused only, so after calling of
xm unpause
the domain continues to respond and to run.
So, maybe it is not a bug, but a feature?
If it is so, then there should be a possibility to start the domain
immediatelly.
