P.S. the way I ended my last email may have made it look like I'm
expecting you to fix bugs in ubuntu, which I'm not. What has happened is
I have been working mainly on my ubuntu laptop, and I submitted a
seperate bug report to them when the program I wrote originally stopped
working (which was
am using now), as ubuntu is based on debian.
