When we convert PDF files to JPG using ghostscript, some pages are not
convertible by themselves, only when converting the whole PDF file.
The command used to extract the first page is:
$ convert input.pdf[0] output.jpg

When i load a picture using safari from an apache webserver with HTTP/2
enabled and repeat that multiple times in a row (F5),
