The new Debian 11/bullseye kernel 5.10.149-2 does not help on my setup.
Still a black screen and nothing is logged.
Also in rescue mode without "quiet".

I am running Debian 11 with linux-image-5.10.0-19-amd64 and can confirm a similar problem with an AMD Radeon R7 360 on an Intel X58 board with Intel Xeon W3530 CPU and classic BIOS.
Kernel parameters are radeon.si_support=0 radeon.cik_support=0 amdgpu.si_support=1 amdgpu.cik_support=1 amdgpu.g
he driver is not updated since may.
The patch is not needed anymore. It is included in the new version.

I forgot two things to to tell in my report. First, i already tried
without fglrx. Second, suspend to ram is not affected - only suspend to
disk.
