Dear Maintainer,
As reported in the gnupg mailing list (thread links below), the
gpg-agent failed to decrypt secret keys for client applications when a
large number of concurrent requests were made.
libgcrypt take
explicitly CC upstream since I think Amul Shah is
following this conversation. Amul?

A user reported the following on comp.lang.mumps:
When starting gtm with gtm_chset=UTF-8 i get the following error:
(the error does not occur in m-mode)
%GTM-E-ZLINKFILE, Error while zlinking "%XCMD"
%GTM-E-FILENOTFND, File %XCMD not found
I just pushed the GFDL-1.3 copyright fix. Please let me know if it is formatted
correctly.
