Thanks for the report. I suspect there are other tools that expect
SGE_ROOT to be defined globally as well. I'll have to see about whether
they should not expect this or whether these variables should just be
defined globally.

any actual use (de novo genome
assembly), it will require more memory than would be addressable on a
32-bit system. It's not really worth the time and effort to debug that.
I don't know of an alias like !32bit for the Architecture field in
debian/control to exclude that.
