rver after each ended session in order to
set up a new xauth. I'm not well-versed in that so I'd leave it up to others
to figure out.
I think I'm at least done with this one (assuming it doesn't come back)
and hopefully what I've discovered will be useful to others.

This bug is discussed in bug 472703 and I have found a
possible solution which is detailed there.
Hopefully, somebody is paying attention. It's too bad
this software has not been maintained upstream...
