Hi,
I have implemented the'dav file +42' fix. The placementof the file is
determined by the argumentlist index and is hardcoded in many places.The fix
implements the feature but not thedesired 'prog arg file'. I can work on
refactoring the cmdline arg code.

Hi,
dav-text does not use getopt which means this is easier to fix. I can create a
new variable to hold the +# argument because right now it is hardcoded to '-'
I will test the argument positions too, as I agree that it should be 'prog arg
file' in that order.
