Bug#922662: xboxdrv: does not create a systemd service

> FYI you don't need xboxdrv to use the controller. Yes I know, but the xpad kernel driver messes up the inputs of my controller in games. The only workaround I found was to blacklist xpad, install and configure xboxdrv with the systemd service and then the controller would work perfectly.
