Hi Maintainer
r-base has a build-dependency, and r-base-dev has a dependency, on the
ancient libpcre3-dev package. I believe these are no longer required
since the dependencies on the (confusingly) newer libpcre2-dev are
already present, and a test reb

This package has a grave bug against it as it breaks other packages.
I'll do an NMU in the next couple of days (uploading to the delayed
queue) unless you would like to do it yourself.
Please do let me know!
Best wishes,
Julian

Hi Victor.
Note that the rust teams' policy is only to file bugs for rust crates if they
are binary ones (e.g. /usr/bin/foo).
It's not wrong; you can leave those open for now. Since most members on the
rust team are kinda busy I'd suggest to look into whether you want to package

rust-lexopt was recently updated to 0.3, leaving newsboat's build-depends
unsatisfiable. The fix is trivial, just removing a hunk from a patch
and updating the build-dependency.
