Hi Paul,
I'm not sure if you have extra time.
But I think you are correct. We might need to report the bug to ffmpeg.
I'm not sure if we can simplify the test.
Like just run "ffplay test_raw.avi" or "ffmpeg -i test_raw.avi out.mp4"
to see if it has the bus error as well.
Yours,
Paul

David,
I know this was a very long time ago, for which apologies. But #677420/#724959
was mentioned in the discussion of #1008910 so I had a look.

It is not clear why jove is in non-free. Would it be possible to
migrate back to main and refer to `icc-profiles-free`. Or am I missing
something?
Thanks

It would be super nice to have v1.25.38 in Debian.
Thanks for maintaining jhove.

Hi,
I have lowered the severity of this bug to allow the package to migrate
back to testing.
The reasoning is that, yes, there's an important issue to fix, as
upgrade is broken. However, having no bridgeutils in testing is more
harmful than this bug.
