It's not a Debian bug but a Wine bug. Unfortunatly, you use a very old
version of Wine. Try to build yourself Wine 6.23 or Wine 7.0 release
candidate.
And Michael disappears since a long time and it seems that
wine/wine-development, libvkd3d are abandonned.

i have found a solution, more like a workaround really but it helps to
add context to the problem.
i changed the wifi card from an atheros AR9462 to an atheros AR9485 that
showed the same type of behaviour: packet dropping , connection
reconnect to the ap, exactly the same pattern of regressio
