After updating libsgutils2-2 to 1.46-1, ledmon no longer runs as the library
it is linked to (1.45) is no longer present on the system.
This happened also when libsgutils2-2 was updated to 1.
An alternative approach could be that an `apt update` would trigger an
`extrepo update`.
I don't know enough about apt hooks etc. to be able to say if that would
be feasible or - in case such a mechanism isn't available today - if
apt's maintainers would be in favor of it?

but I don't think that is correct. The failures is not the same for the
different architectures. mipsel fails different than arm64. I bisected upstream
git on both architectures and found out that the arm64 fail

I can't get to the rsync endpoint, so I won't be including that in the
update. I'm assuming this entry should replace the existing one for
