Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that mdds could not be built reproducibly
This bug breakes gammu-smsd. Daemon exit with error:
gammu-smsd[2018]: DBI error -6: -6: An invalid or out-of-range index was passed
to libdbi
Reverting libdbi1 to 0.9.0-4 (not 0.9.0-4+deb9u1) fixes this problem.
