This package is ancient and I long forgot what it was originally used
for. Popcon is extremely low, so even though this is a low-effort
package, it should rather be dropped from the archive. It's already gone
from testing (since it still used dh compat v4).

Where is this feature discussed?
Could the token "<>" indicate "no build profiles"? That would allow:
Build-Profiles: <>
I gather that the Built-For-Profiles field is written to DEBIAN/control
when DEB_BUILD_PROFILES is not empty. Could a profile "subset" avoid
this field? Example:
Hi,
I personally don't want to spend effort renaming this library a second
time, but if you feel strongly about the upstream package name, you
have my approval to take action to rename it. It would need changed in
various places: bugzilla.gnome.org, git.gnome.org, jhbuild, gnome-

One more note:
verbiste-gnome is a GTK2 application and so was the mate
applet. However, the libmate-panel-applet-dev dependency switched to
GTK3. This is the culprit of this problem.
It seems that the only way to fix this would be to port the mate
applet, and probably verbiste-gnome to GTK3. This

Dear Maintainer,
the mate applet fails with 'Gtk-ERROR **: GTK+ 2.x symbols detected'.
It looks that it must be fully ported to the GTK3.
Cheers,

Hi,
I would like to use the new config syntax (Version 2) of docker-compose, but
documentation says it's only available since version 1.6.0+.
Could you please upload a new release?
