maintain, I sponsored that without asking to fix some minor issues.
But for the future uploads, could you:
1) Use debhelper 9
2) Use VCS for package maintainance
3) Remove comments in debian/rules
4) Add --parallel opti

Just re-installed Debian Testing, and the problem still exists. The

This is probably a duplicate of #703715 but the severity should be
raised like the reporter of #703715 already mentioned.
