Hi,
I'm not sure how this ever worked. With the shipped
/usr/lib/libpulsecommon-0.9.21.so pa_make_secure_dir
consistenly fails.
As someone else pointed out the problem is here:
(st.st_uid != uid) ||
(st.st_gid != gid) ||
because at this point uid = -1 and gid = -1.

Hello,
It has been suggested to add bm.el to Debian's emacs-goodies-el package:

The package is also distributed by ubuntu, as well as by fedora.

Hello,
it has benn, unfortunately, announced by the Songbird developers a few days
ago that they are dropping the official support for Linux in
future. I'm not sure whether it would make any sense pursueing the
efforts of packaging Songbird for Debian in future if we can't be sure
that there will

Hi Ben,
No, I haven't got a chance to check if the bug exists in newer version.
We changed our NFS server from Linux to OpenSolaris.
But it was a major problem. It re-occurred every time a user would
attempt a filesystem operation where the filename was very long (e.g.
500 characters). Any fs wri

The package still depends on mplayer-skin, which is only used in
gmplayer. So it is considered a central part in the Debian package.
