I changed the patch to change the WriteFacexb line to WriteFace(buf);
instead of WriteFacexb(buf, 1); and recompiled evolution.

I've attached a patch that allows barcode to build in pbuilder.
Also, the package is in a fairly horrific state wrt lintian/linda and
other things, I'll be submitting a separate patch for those issues.
