This patch is not sufficient to get this working. The problem is that as of -7, libldap.a is now just a symlink of libldap_r.a. (see debian/move_files) So either libldap_r.a needs to have ntlm built in or the two libraries need to be separated again. I'd help but I don't understand C libraries. :-
