The Wiki page "Using GDC" https://wiki.dlang.org/Using_GDC says that "there is the standalone program 'gdmd', distributed with GDC releases, which maps DMD's command line options to GDC." I am on Ubuntu 16.04 and installed GDC with Synaptic. The packages are named "gdc-5" and "gdc". Is "gdmd
