I just uploaded a x86_64-pc-cygwin target cross-toolchain for the i686
distro together with ~70 sysrooted libraries. All packages are named
with a cygwin64- prefix and are under the Devel category.
In order to use this toolchain, install at least
cygwin64-gcc-{core,g++}, as well as the *TEST*
