I installed sshd to run as a service by doing:
> ssh-host-config -y
> cygrunsrv -S sshd
This worked initially and I was able to ssh to my machine. However
several days later I noticed it was no longer working. Looking in the
windows services panel, the service was stopped so I tried starting
