I've updated the version of OpenSSL to 0.9.7-1. This also includes the openssl-devel package. This is finally the long expected 0.9.7 version of OpenSSL which has been released officially on 2002-12-31. The Cygwin version contains two patches which are not in the official source tree. The offic
