I been trying for years using various cvs managers and have never liked any I have
tried. But I decided to see what Cygwin had to offer. I saw it in there and so
installed cvs. This CVS was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with CVS.

After more than three years on this valuable list, I like to
say "Thank you!" to all the Cygwin Developers and to the whole
community.
Cygwin saved me a lot of trouble in the past three years, and I
am really glad there is such a nearly complete Unix-Emulation-Layer
for Windows.
