Hi, Thanks for the answer. I tried with both 1.5 and 1.7, both the standard package and a custom compiled one, this happens since I upgraded cygwin some time ago, but I don't remember exactly when, it was april 2009. I tried reinstalling cygwin a lot of times, but with no luck... Thanks, Frank
