I already try to reinstall but I have the same kind of error.
In /etc/postinstall , there is many file end with .sh.done (coreutils.sh.done)
During the installation, I open coreutils.sh but the file looks fine.
It seems that the bash cannot read .sh file...
I will read the guide to repo

I try to make a dissector plugin for wireshark and I have to install cygwin to
do that.
I work on Windows XP SP2.
So I download the setup.exe file to install it (in C:\cygwin)
I also created a variable PATH in windows env. containing :
c:\cygwin\bin;c:\cygwin
