Not finding a file or directory

I have cygwin install on the server.  When I open cygwin on my Windows XP machine, it opens fine, it finds the .login and all is good. I have another computer, Windows 7, on the same network, but when I try to open cygwin on that machine, I get "/usr/local/np71:  No such file or directory" A
