New error cross compiling Linux kernel on Cygwin 1.7

Good morning, I have just recently started banging away at a problem with sshd and Windows Server 2003 again. This has been a difficult journey, but I feel we're making progress. Today, I noticed for the first time the following error message appears when a non-admin user logs in to cygwin: -
