tarball in my home directory, I would do something like:
$ mkdir gcc-build
$ cd gcc-build

I am trying to do some development on the C Compiler in Cygwin and I
am doing the following to build it:
$ ../gcc-4.0.2/gcc/configure
--prefix=/home/Balaji/Software_Tools/install --enable-languages="c"
The problem i am getting is this:
$ make all install
