I think there may be a missing dependency in setup.hint now. When I
try to execute x86_64-w64-mingw32-g++.exe I get:
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-w64-mingw32/4.5.3/cc1.exe: error while loading
shared libraries
Version 4.5.3-2 of mingw64-x86_64-gcc has been uploaded.
mingw64-x86_64-gcc contains GCC for the MinGW-w64 Win64 toolchain.
