rm / rmdir not completely functionnal ?

Problem when on a Linux box ?

Config is the following : client-wks is Win2000 with cygwin on it Servers are Linux Mandrake 8.1 When I SSH to the server : no problemo but when I try to "vi", I got this : Administrator@CALVIN ~ $ ssh -l root 192.168.1.254 [EMAIL PROTECTED]'s password:

No home directory

I install Cygwin on my Win2000 like I've done many times.. Unfortunately when I start the environment I always get a console as Administrator ! Does someone knows what I should do to get a console in my own user home-directory "/home/user" as "user" ? Much tx, Thomas, -- Thomas SMETS rue J. W
