I updated cygwin to the lates version on my WinXP SP2 notebook with
all recent updates and encounter a stopping problem. bash starts to
crash during setup script execution and cygwin does not work any more.
Playing with the versions of cygwin1.dll etc. were no success. Does
anybody encounter

The warning only (-Wall) is generated and corresponding field is ignored!
The old GCC compiler (before 2.95.3 if I not mistake) reports the error.
In the previous 2.95.3 .. 3.2 and in the current GCC shipped with CYGWIN

I'm find a bug in ftell() while compiling with -mno-cygwin flag (see
attachment).
If we compile program without -mno-cygwin flag, then no bug present.

recursively,
they only find the items in the current working directory:
rm -rf *.~*
ls -r *.~*
ls -r *.pas
However,
ls -r *
works! I didn't dare to try rm -r *, I hope you understand :-)
