How do I install irssi?
When I select the package irssi v1.4.5-1 in the GUI and click Next, it says:
"package irssi-1.4.5-1 requires perl5_036, but none of the providers can be
installed"
I can see that the package 'perl' v5.40.1-1 is installed ("keep").

Or, you could just install it. setup.exe does not install everything by
default.
The list of programs that I got during my update yesterday was too long to
read through, and there was nothing under man. Just now, I tried the "Search
Package List" tool and searched for "man"
General help in bash, for installed (cygwin/Linux/GNU) commands:

$ man
Help and info work, but man still doesn't. I guess I don't need it though.

line to central (I saw thread from Bjoern Kahl AG Resy) ...
But how can I do rsh -l central host?
