What I would like to clear up is it not the case that
openssl 0.9.7b comes installed with cygwin if so
whats the point of running config and make?

I have configured open ssl-0.9.7b with the command ./
but am having a problem with the make command.
Here is the result.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~
$ cd openssl-0.9.7b
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~/openssl-0.9.7b
$ make
making all in crypto...
