Well it is there but I don't get how to download it and it doesn't
seem to be included in my download since it says:
curl command not found.

Believe me I have googled and read the faqs but I can't find how to
download from the web.
I have installed cygwin and it works but I think I need a package
although web was default in my download.

How do I access windows files from cygwin?
I found it before it was something like cd /cygwin/c/ and then I could
move around in my windows files.
