Is there anyone that can recommend me how to "rebaseall", but also
incorporate the Tk-files above to avoid coming conflicts?

Is it true that any application I compile under cygwin's gcc/g++ is
automatically under the GPL? Is so I've been doing some violating...

downloaded packages from the local package cache, and if so how?
Also, can I assume that any package file that is on a server will never be
