$ cygcheck -f /etc/postinstall/xinit.sh
xinit-1.3.4-14
You can run it again by the cygwin terminal.

Windows 10 PC, the Cgywin64 Terminal was installed successfully and is running
properly. But Cygwin/X does seem to be installed properly.
