t would be
something as simple as:
C:\cygwin\bin\bash /usr/local/bin/ruby /home/travis/myprog.rb
but obviously that doesn't work. So, can anybody clue me in as to how to
accomplish this seemingly simple task? I sure would appreciate it!

Thank you kindly for the suggested fixes. I have applied them; however,
the problem is still there. I guess I can just build my wrapper using
the object file instead of a dll file, but I am curious why the two
would behave differently.
