Do we have a definite fix that can posted yet? I am at a state that I would
like to try my unattended install again and hopefully it won't ask me any
questions.

I am trying to automate my cygwin install on a windows 2003 box and have even
done the following before ssh-host-config is run:
ntrights +r SeAssignPrimaryTokenPrivilege -u sshd
