Hi,
Got connected just now to cygwin.com. Installed
Cygwin on another computer Saturday, downloaded the
setup.exe file, and had no problems connecting. Even
last Thursday and Friday I was able to connect with no
problems. And I am using dialup, if that makes a
difference.

Another GUI debugger is DDD, also part of Cygwin.
Can't say how it compares to insight, though.

I have had the same problem using cygwin and gcc, I
believe I am using the latest version of gcc. I
thought I was doing something wrong in my program, but
I took the same program into Linux, Visual C++ and
HPUX 10.20 and they ran exactly the way they
