Okay, I'm prepared to be chastised as I'm fubbling in the dark here, but
does anyone know much about signal handling in TCL? From what I have
gathered on the subject, TCL doesn't inheritly have any handling functions
but one can obtain extentions to add these in. Has anyone done this on
cygwin?
If you will, have a look at these two commands performed on both a cygwin
install and a redhat install, on the exact same file

Since the topic is a patch to setup.exe, let me restate an earlier oversight
with it that I mentioned, and add a new one I've discovered through hours of
trial and error...
The first of these is an issue with changing the install options from
"default" on 'All' to "Install". When you do this, set
