Signal Handling in cygwin-1.3.6 (my problem seems to be fixed in 1.3.9)

Dear Sirs, I just checked the versions of cygwin on your home page and saw, that you fixed some problems around the signalhandling in the new version 1.3.9. I installed this new version and my problem is fixed! Kind regards Dierk Wendt
