I installed the new cygwin 3.3.0-1 on Windows Server 2008 (32-bit) and then I
receive the following error:
The procedure entry point TryAcquireSRWLockExclusive could not be located in
the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
Can you please investigate?
