Would it be possible to update the bash package?

Hi maintainers, Would it be possible to get an updated version of the bash package? The latest version available for cygwin is 4.4.12-3 which was released in 2017. There's been at least one major version of bash (5.0) released since then in January 2019 and 5.1 just came out in December 2020. Jac
