source. Given that I could paste (from the same buffer) into the console

i have tried with 3.0.9, 3.1.0, 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.3 and the speed is
always 2.0MBps
the 3.0.9 version of deltacopy goes to 30MBps...but needs theis own cygwin1.dll
