I have got a warning message while opening bash shell in windows 10. Please
provide a solution to fix this warning. Is this a serious warning??
The warning message is as below,

I am trying to install Win32-GUI 1.06. The version I downloaded does not
have an executable. I just want to verify if it does not require an
executable to be ran.
I am new to using the application. Please assist.
