fish 2.6.0-2 is now available in Cygwin. This is a Cygwin-only update. It fixes a bug where the Cygwin startup script for fish was overriding the order of the PATH, which should always have the paths in fish_user_paths at the front. Thanks to Whek Rin for reporting the bug and offering a fix.[1]
